Job Description


Lead a team of Project Managers supporting multiple trades in the commercial interior construction space.  Report directly to the Managing Partner of the business and oversees all project relationships, manages customer expectations across job sites, brings projects to completion on time and under budget and fosters a high-performance team-driven work culture that upholds our mission of providing best in the world project management and craftsmanship.  Brings projects to a close on time and under budget and has a record of high-quality work while exceeding high safety standards in line with company values and vision.


  • Manage a team of 4-8 Project Managers and dozens of projects across jobs sites in the market

  • Ensures adequate training for new and tenured Project Managers as required to be successful in the role

  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with general contractors and internal team members across the company

  • Supports Project Manager team relationships with General Contractors (GC), attending construction meetings as needed

  • Plans, coordinates and oversees all tasks, critical dates, client and third-party interface and relations, as well as performance quality and customer satisfaction

  • Ability to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the multiple projects

  • Oversee field operations (manpower and installations) to guarantee the work is done per plans, project specifications and complete schedule

  • Ensure the appropriate profitability of each project

  • Verify quality of installation, work performance and work order completion

  • Lead Project Managers and hold weekly meetings

  • Lead Project Specialists during weekly meetings

  • Oversee Project Managers, Project Specialists, and Warehouse Employees

  • Maintain project financial reports and project dashboards

  • Maintain a clean efficient and accurate warehouse


  • 8-10 years of Construction Project Management experience. 

  • Strong creative and critical thinking self-starter

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong time management and organization skills

  • Proficient in math and analytical skills

  • Ability to work with initiative and independence, as well as team environment

  • Dedicated to continuous improvement and inspiring others to be the best versions of themselves

  • Microsoft office experience required

  • Understand the urgency of deadlines, organization, and details

  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization


  • 2-5 years experience or degree preferred

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

  • Must be able to pass a background, drug, and motor vehicle check.

  • Must be committed to working safely while accomplishing all tasks.
