BONITZ NAMED TOP WORKPLACE

Bonitz, Inc. was named to the Charlotte Observer's list of Top Workplaces for the first time in 2018. While this is the first time the organization has been recognized for this award publicly, the culture at Bonitz has always been representative of family and employee ownership. "Our people, their families, our customers - we are constantly trying to positively impact their lives and intentionally bring fun into a very challenging business."

Charlotte associates noted Family Fun Day at Carowinds Amusement Park, where associates and their families gathered, as a highlight this summer. Within the past year, Bonitz has rolled out the foundation of a financial literacy program to associates, and expanded options for health care benefits. Continued investment in the development of all associates through the brand new Bonitz University is a top priority and key initiative in the long-term vision of helping each individual become the best versions of themselves.
