STARNET PARTNERSHIP STRENGTHENS INDUSTRY RELATIONSHIPS

As an employee-owned company, Bonitz has been described by its associates as a family like atmosphere. Since taking the position of President & CEO nearly two years ago, Pete Larmore has continued to build on this reputation, placing an intentional focus on the importance of people and culture, and communicating with intention our purpose of positively impacting the lives of our associates, their families, and our customers.

The Bonitz family also extends to our friends at Starnet Worldwide Commercial Flooring Partnership, where Pete serves as Vice-Chairman on the Board of Directors. He had an opportunity to spend a couple of days in Cleveland, Ohio this week, where the Board of Directors discussed the state of our industry, our business in general, and training & education among other things. They even made time to fit in a visit to valued industry manufacturing partner Tarkett.

The Starnet membership has proved to be invaluable to Bonitz, providing opportunities to network with over 165 members across the United States. The relationships that have been continuously developed have helped to improve the overall success of each Starnet member, but also the state of the industry overall. The partnerships have given way to opportunity for leadership training, shared best practices and continuous improvement. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship and thank them for the opportunity to be a part of such a valuable group of peers.
